Help us investigate safely
Tell us the app version and build number, your device model and iOS version, what you expected and what happened. Screenshots are optional; remove pet, family and medical details you do not want to share.
Never email an authentication code, Family invitation link, device-pairing secret, recovery phrase, medical record or unredacted pet photo.
Privacy and deletion requests
Use the same email address for privacy questions, communication choices or a request to delete a beta application, remote beta account, Family data or private cloud backup. Deleting all local data in the app affects that device only.
Not an emergency service
My Dog Pal support is not an emergency or veterinary service. If your dog may need urgent care, contact a qualified veterinarian or local emergency veterinary service.
